RUSS ANDREWS PRESENT MERIDIAN ELLIPSE AT NWAS 2024

Russ Andrews Accessories will use the North West Audio Show to present the new Meridian Ellipse to the show’s visitors, giving the UK’s audiophiles their first opportunity to see this important new product.

The Ellipse is Meridian’s first wireless DSP loudspeaker, which takes 45 years’ experience in high-end audio and applies it to a compact speaker that looks every bit as good as it sounds. 

“It is packed with Meridian technology and offers a wealth of streaming options,” says Peter Bevir, head of sales and new product development for Russ Andrews. “And then there’s the sound – it’s wholly faithful to the Meridian signature sound: detailed, natural, engaging and above all, musical. We feel sure it is going to be a big hit and very worthy successor to the hugely popular Meridian F80.”

Ellipse is a very flexible speaker, with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi streaming built in and is fitted with an ethernet socket for a higher quality hard-wired connection. It features Apple Airplay and Chromecast, is Roon Ready and works with Spotify Connect and Tidal Connect. Additional sources can be connected via the analogue, optical digital and USB-C inputs.
